I’ve seen this guy a couple of instances and then he directs myself pictures of themselves (partial nude). The guy appears interested when we chat and Skype, but he never has time for you in fact see myself.
I don’t need to waste my time if he’s not curious, but exactly how would I know without inquiring and seeming needy? We kind of like him.

I’m wondering once you say you have „observed” this person a couple of times. Do you really suggest in person or simply online?
